Our position as a NBL (Non-Bank Lender) provides access to capital available to assist our clients with new projects, existing projects and developmental opportunities from conceptual planning to fully funded operations. Our team has extensive experience in finance, sales and marketing, project development, management and many other disciplines.
Our funding is comprised of capital from Ultra-high net worth and high net worth private family offices, offshore affiliates, private equity firms, public capital corporations, top tier hedge funds, insurance companies and pension plans the capital partners, participants, affiliates and assignees. We look at all viable projects seeking financing but our particular interest is in the following sectors ENERGY, TECHNOLOGY, MINING, REAL ESTATE, CANNABIS and BUSINESS. We also provide funding for assets and commodities with documented valuations. Our minimum funding amount is $5M with no maximums on asset based lending.
